Are the shirts authentic?

Yes. Every shirt in a Mystery Shirt in a Box is 100% genuine and officially licensed, and arrives with its tags. We never send fakes, pre-match shirts, or training tops.

What kind of shirt will I get?

You'll receive one hand-picked shirt at random — it could be a home, away, third or fourth kit from any club or country, and any season. We stock everything from current-season jerseys to retro shirts over ten years old. Every box includes an information card about the team you've received.

Can I choose a specific team, country or World Cup shirt?

No — every box is a genuine surprise, so we can't guarantee a specific club, country or national-team shirt. You might receive a club kit or an international shirt, chosen at random. You can tell us up to three teams, leagues or colours to avoid, but you can't request a particular one. Our World Cup Bundle adds World Cup–themed extras to your order, but the shirt itself is still a random surprise.

Can I avoid teams I don't want?

Yes. After adding a box to your cart, you can tell us up to three leagues, teams or colours to avoid, so you never get a rival's kit or a shirt you already own.

What size should I order?

Order your usual size. We standardise every shirt to fit like a normal top, so there are no brand-to-brand surprises. Adult sizes run S to 5XL, and kids' sizes cover ages 5 to 14.

How long does delivery take?

UK orders are dispatched on tracked Royal Mail and typically arrive within 48 hours of leaving our warehouse. We hand-pick each box first, so if it's a gift we recommend ordering at least a week ahead.

Can I send it as a gift?

Yes. Email our team and we'll send the box in a plain black mailer so the surprise stays intact.
