Returns & Exchanges
Due to the surprise nature of our mystery boxes, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or in a size different from what was ordered. To maintain the integrity of the mystery, we cannot offer refunds for shirts based on team preference or personal style.
Notification
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item if it is damaged or the wrong size.
Review
Our sports apparel experts will review your request to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria for a return or exchange.
Shipment
Once approved, pack the shirt in its original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to send it back to our warehouse.
Resolution
Upon receiving the return, we will ship out a new mystery shirt in the correct size or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
